Founded in 1992 as Yixing Yangxi Light Industry Machinery Factory, Jiangsu Zongheng is located in Zhoutie Town, Yixing City, on the shores of Taihu Lake. Our MVR Evaporator Plants utilize mechanical vapor recompression technology to recycle waste heat energy from secondary steam. This significantly reduces steam consumption and operational costs. These plants require precise vacuum and pressure vessel design (Category III parameters) to ensure stable operating temperatures, minimal product contact retention times, and high heat transfer coefficients.
By using premium titanium, duplex stainless steel (2205), and super austenitics (904L), we prevent stress corrosion cracking caused by concentrated process feeds, ensuring long-term operational safety.
The Jiangsu Zongheng MQG Airflow Dryer utilizes high-velocity hot air streams to suspend and fluidize wet particulate materials. Fluid dynamics inside varying pipe diameters force wet materials through impulse cycles. This configuration ensures consistent, efficient moisture reduction throughout the dynamic drying cycle.
In addition, our ZXG Tube Bundle Dryers provide robust heating with minimal oxygen exposure, preventing volatile dust explosions. They are built inside certified pressure-rated shells to contain low-pressure processing steam safely.

For international buyers, the ASME "U" stamp is the primary standard for quality and safety. Additionally, look for the Chinese Special Equipment Manufacturing License (such as TS2232C42 for Category III vessel equipment), ISO9001, and CE certification for European compliance.
Classification depends on operating pressure, internal volume, and the toxicity or hazard level of the process media. Category III vessels manage higher pressures and hazardous substances, requiring rigorous structural designs, radiographic weld testing (RT), and hydro-static testing before dispatch.
We primarily construct process tanks using Austenitic stainless steels like 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. For high-chloride environments (such as salt concentration or starch fermentation), Duplex 2205 or Titanium alloys are utilized to prevent pitting and stress corrosion cracking.
MVR systems compress secondary steam and reuse it as the heating source, requiring electrical energy instead of continuous fresh steam. This can reduce operating energy costs by up to 60-80% compared to traditional multi-effect evaporation configurations.
The screw press uses a variable pitch design. As materials move along the shaft, the volume decreases, squeezing out water through a surrounding wedge-wire screen. This system operates continuously under mechanical pressure, preparing materials for downstream bundle drying.
Lead times range from 8 to 16 weeks, depending on structural complexity, chosen alloys, and testing requirements. This duration covers detailed engineering drawing approvals, material procurement with mill certificates, welding, inspections, and final pressure testing.
