Engineering Core Technology Specs

Falling Film Evaporators

Specially engineered for processing low-viscosity, highly heat-sensitive fluids. The liquid feedstock is pumped to the top distribution system of the vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger, where it forms a thin, continuous liquid film descending the inner tube walls under gravity. As it flows down, vaporization occurs, and the co-currently flowing vapor accelerates liquid descent, generating high heat transfer coefficients and reducing residence time.

Forced Circulation Evaporators

Designed for scaling, crystallization, and highly viscous applications. Liquid velocity inside the tubes is kept extremely high (typically 2-3 m/s) using heavy-duty axial flow pumps. This high turbulence suppresses boiling on the heat-exchanger surface, preventing fouling. Boiling only occurs when the liquid enters the vapor separator flash chamber, separating solvent from crystals.

MVR Recompression

Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) utilizes a centrifugal compressor or roots blower to compress clean process steam, increasing its pressure, temperature, and enthalpy. This compressed vapor is recycled as the heating medium, eliminating external live steam requirements during continuous operation. Reduces operating costs by up to 60-80% compared to traditional multi-effect setups.

ZXG Tube Bundle Dryers

Utilizes indirect steam heating through a rotating bundle of concentrated heating tubes. The materials tumble over the steam-heated pipes inside a low-oxygen stationary housing. Excellent for safe processing of hazardous, highly flammable organic compounds and high-viscosity sludge, ensuring minimal dust emissions and optimized thermal efficiency.
